Dominic has been a student, volunteer and servant leader during my four years of working with him. Dominic was a captain on his high school Cross Country team. A team which I coached. Dominic was voted captain of the team and showed great leadership during his time as captain. With over 35 members f the team it was a larger team. Many duties and responsibilities were given to the team's two captains. I addition Dominic volunteered after school with a Afterschool program I oversaw. During volunteering he would consistently interact with the children and allowed lead in different and unusually manners. He made an outstanding impression on the students in the program. He was thorough and precise when it came to tasks.
