To whom it may concern: With confidence and joy, I submit to you a letter of recommendation for Catherine Mirocha. For a little over a year now I have had the privilege of knowing Catherine. While I could explain many reasons why she would be a solid candidate for this opportunity, I will summarize he strengths in 3 buckets: 1) Her desire for excellence, 2) Her genuine care for people, and 3) Her servant mindset. I have seen first hand how much excellence matters to Catherine. She was honored to be selected to speak on behalf of her graduating class upon graduating high school. In preparation, she reached out to several people to help prepare her speech, myself included. I was really impressed how she sought out others in her attempt to say the right words to respect, encourage, and challenge her peers. Whatever she is part of, whether work, school or family, she has a strong desire for it to be excellent. Likely her biggest strength, Catherine genuinely cares for others in a way that rubs off on those she comes in contact with. I have seen her in different scenarios and groups of people and her authenticity is real. She knows how to connect with my children, but also adults just as well. She engages into the conversation and into the lives of others and leaves you wanting to spend more time with her. She has an innate ability to do this very well and leaves the environment she is part of better than it was before she arrives. Catherine is not afraid to “glove up” and help out. Having worked for Chick-fil-A for many years, I know the importance of finding people with a servant mindset. Our success depends on finding such talent. Catherine, also working for Chick-fil-A, embodies the spirit of servant mindset. She has been the first to volunteer help to see others succeed. She is also not afraid of hard work and is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Me and my family have seen this in our own family circle, but also as we have witnessed her work in tough positions at her job. I am truly honored to assist Catherine in writing this letter of recommendation. There was no hesitation on my part to do so. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. Thank you.
