John Brocato (john.brocato@uga.edu)

Caroline Hartner is a current student in my Introduction to Engineering class for students in the School of Chemical, Materials, and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Georgia. Caroline is clearly an exceptional student whose approach to her academic studies is rigorous and inquisitive. In a class of 60, she has managed to distinguish herself as one of the more obviously bright and articulate students in the room. I can recommend her for this scholarship without reservation. From an academic and work-ethic standpoint, few could be more deserving.
