Serving as the secretary for Women in Science & Engineering where she recruited females into STEM pathways and created STEM demonstrations for elementary outreach. As Hailey settles into her first semester at the University of Georgia she is exploring new organizations to join and I have no doubt that she will serve in a leadership position later in her academic career. Hailey is committed to pursuing a career in Mechanical Engineering and has technical skills in coding Java and MatLab.
