Izzy was one of my orchestra students for four years—she seems reserved at first, but opens up to be thoughtful, kind, and funny. Izzy is mature for her age and infinitely reliable. She is helpful and gets along well with both peers and adults, and has a knack for being able to assist her fellow classmates without seeming condescending or patronizing. Izzy flourished as a violinist during her time at Archer because of her own drive to succeed and willingness to do the work necessary. She is quietly determined and consistent in her excellence.
