Rhandi Gallegos, P.E., LEED AP is the VP of Human Capital and Risk at American Engineers, Inc. Driven by her love of teamwork, Rhandi has used her 23 years of engineering experience to take projects from concept to construction. Her career began in commercial construction before becoming a design engineer working on projects ranging from small, rural roadways to large interchange projects. Her passion for working with the people in her industry led her to her current role working in HR and Risk Management at AEI. She enjoys mentoring future generations to show the many opportunities an engineering career offers. She has been an active member of the Georgia Engineering Foundation for several years prior to joining the Executive Board as the Secretary and now our VP.
