Rudy is President and CEO of Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., and under his nearly two decades’ leadership, the firm has grown to over 1,100 employees in more than 60 offices, practicing in seven countries. In 2016, Rudy was selected by ASCE for its Outstanding Projects and Leaders (OPAL) Lifetime Achievement Award for Design. He was elected to the Civil and Environmental Engineering Academy of Distinguished Alumni at both of his alma maters, the University of Texas at Austin and the University of California, Berkeley, where he has also served on their Foundation advisory board.
