Mr. Wilke is the Founder and a Principal of GeoRay, Inc., an engineering and consulting firm based in Johns Creek, Georgia since 1997. The firm serves local governments, consultants, owners, investors and individuals with expertise in water resources, watershed management, land development, permitting, and regulatory compliance through the application of risk-based planning and asset management. Ray has over 35 years of experience in a broad range of civil engineering, environmental, water resources, and transportation projects, including elements of planning, design, and construction for site work, treatment works, wetlands, storm water management, bike paths, stadiums, pipelines, landfills, railroads, streets, bridges and highways. His experience includes large and small projects in the commercial/industrial and municipal/government sectors. As the current Past-President of the Georgia Engineering Foundation he serves on the executive committee as well as chairman of the Finance Committee.
